These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of peaceofmindgenerators.com and all purchases of products and services from Peace of Mind Generators (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICE AREA LIMITATIONS
All installations, maintenance, and onsite services are strictly limited to the cities listed in the website footer at the time of purchase (“Service Area”). Installation-required products may only be delivered and installed within the Service Area.

2. INSTALLATION-REQUIRED PRODUCTS
Products requiring professional installation may not be installed outside the Service Area or by third parties unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.

3. ESTIMATES & SITE CONDITIONS
All estimates are conditional upon site inspection. Pricing may change due to electrical capacity, gas supply, permitting, code compliance, access limitations, or safety conditions.

4. PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
Deposits may be non-refundable once equipment is ordered or allocated. Full payment may be required prior to commissioning or system startup.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Late cancellations, no-access situations, or site-not-ready conditions may result in service charges, trip fees, or rescheduling fees.

6. CAREPLUS MAINTENANCE PLAN
The CarePlus Maintenance Plan provides scheduled preventive maintenance only. Repairs, diagnostics, emergency service, and parts replacement are not included unless requested separately and billed separately.

7. ABANDONMENT & STORAGE
Equipment not installed within 30 days due to customer delay may incur storage fees and may be deemed abandoned after 90 days.

8. WARRANTIES
All equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer. The Company provides a limited workmanship warranty on labor only, subject to exclusions.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction shall be Harris County, Texas.

11. MODIFICATIONS
The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated versions on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
